I watched this for Kim Woo Bin. I find it good but, I wonder why it has a pretty low IMDB score and I read mixed reviews for it. I find IMDb scores are always on the low end. What do you think about the series? Another factor that I enjoyed it because the series is only 6 episodes. It’s an incredibly quick watch and it’s not a huge commitment if you do choose to watch it. If you like sci-fi it’s definitely worth the watch. I love the dystopian genre. But, it’s not really a unique story for the genre.
Yes, I agree with you that is slightly underrated but not for much. Dystopic Sci Fi needs to have a big hook to captivate the public and this hook is what I miss in this drama. The SML who try to make the coup for having the discriminative world he dreams lacks punch and ML has too much testosterone. The new delivery man could be anyone, no punch at all either. Females are all just profiled without depth and that is what IMDB qualifiers are punishing, I think. Korean dramas are very Korean like Goodbye Earth, they are presented from different points of view than occidental series. This is not the case, Black Knight is very occidental framed. And lastly, in a future world, robots are a must. I found unbelievable the lack of them. A little more depth and eight chapters would have been good.
