Summer Strike

This is a very satisfying drama but, the introduction of a murder mystery plot in the latter half of the drama felt out of place. I genuinely wish they didn’t include this. I felt it has a rushed ending. Also, I felt the romance between the leads was lacking with no significant romantic progression, such as a kiss. I watched this for Im Siwan while I was in Japan. I love the coastal village setting, it is visually appealing. I found the characters and their struggles to be relatable. Despite its flaws, I still found Summer Strike to be a cute, sweet, and worthwhile watch. It was such an easy drama. The dog was sooo cute! BTW, the OST is the best thing ever - so healing!!!
