Hmm, my watchlist probably has quite a few shows that aren't all that great but just click with me. If I were going by ratings, I'd say:

1. Don't say no
2. Between us (I'm a huge fan of BounPrem so...)
3. Where your eyes linger
4. Cherry Blossoms after Winter
5. Love by Chance
6. The Yearbook

I love Ai Long Nhai. It's one of my comfort shows!

I LOVEEE Between Us! I re-watch several times a year, along with Star in My Mind.

 Ju Moon:
2. Between us

Yeah almost had this on my list too!

 Ju Moon:
3. Where your eyes linger

I recently rewatched this one and still love it!

 Ju Moon:
4. Cherry Blossoms after Winter

Good memories. I should watch it again.

 Ju Moon:
3. Where your eyes linger

A classic

Not you pulling out the big guns 🤌

I really need to watch this one! I keep forgetting it's out there ;; The question I always ask, does it have a HE?

yes! if i remember correctly, the after credits scene makes it a happy ending

I'm really enjoying our shared confessions of our most beloved trainwrecks. Although I've seen most of the mentioned titles already (and mostly also loved them myself), it's also given me a nudge about a few titles still languishing in my PTW queue, such as "Ai Long Nhai". Although Mean & Ping may not be the world's greatest actors, I love 'em, plus it's got Save Saisawat and other cuties, so thanks to your encouragement, I'm starting on it right now!
ETA: Now finished the first episode. Love at first sight is one of my favourite tropes!

Here's another nuance of BL Trainwreck Theory, again having to do with starting expectations. I totally love "1000 Years Old" for being so endearing cute, hilariously funny and quirky, and also quite touching - the unique ending still gets me totally in tears! (No, it's not sad per se, but it's very touching, and also an entirely different ending than any other BL.) When the series was first airing, I initially thought it was so awful because I was expecting a serious vampire BL, but once I reprogrammed myself to think of it as a cute, quirky, low-budget spoof, my perceptions totally changed and by about the third or fourth episode, I totally fell in love with it. OK, I know the series has faults - other than Axdxex, I'm probably the only fan in this group - but as with many of my beloved trainwrecks, the pluses (at least for me) far outweigh the minuses, especially as I view the series  through the right lens.

Like Art Girl and RXinw, I also loved "Why R U?" (Thai original), despite its considerable flaws - and most of these are the result of production being shut down by the pandemic, so it hardly seems fair to hold these against the rating (which I didn't: I gave it a defiant 10 stars!). I also have special place in my heart for this series and the subsequent "Cutie Pie" as the historical origin of Domundi/Mandee as we know it today and their three long-time pairings that I feel so deeply connected to: Max/Nat, Zee/Nunew, and most of all my dearly beloved Tutor/Yim. (Speaking of trainwrecks, I'll automatically love anything they're in, although "Middleman's Love" was a bit of a stretch.)

@Mr.P (RE : 1000 Years Old) the way I cried at that ending— it was a dose of reality— but it felt right ;; Now that you mention the low budget, they really managed to make the very few sets they had interesting with all that color!

P.S. I hope you enjoy ALN 😆

finally getting around to giving pit babe another try and i'm liking it much more this time around! about a year ago i tried to watch after finishing kinnporsche, but i was still recovering from getting dumped by an asshole who was into cars so i think the wound was too fresh 😅 but now that i'm over that and my brain has fully adjusted to bl standards i think i'll be able to enjoy it much more this time lol

hopefully i'll be excited for season 2 when it comes 😊

It is strangely quiet here. Here I thought I would be coming back to numerous posts to read.

I swear, that wasn’t my intention at all. 😇😊

Yeah. I've been updating my operating system and stuff, then working on photo editing & organizing. I have like over 21,000 photos. Is that a lot?  My eyes r like  👀 rn.

Also making last minute trip arrangements.

Getting ready to watch a few BL eps I still need to catch up on. I haven't watched the infamous Top Form "Honey" ep yet!!

What's everyone else up to?

Right! IDK I just got home from work and I’m tired 🤣 plus I didn’t have anything new or interesting to post about.

My plan for tonight is to :

  1. start Leap Day (not BL)
  2. Watch EP3 of Boys Journey Outing (w the cast of Pit Babe)
  3. start Two Worlds

Can I get an update on Fight For You from anyone watching? Good, bad, ok?

@Mr.P (RE : 1000 Years Old)  What you said about 1000 Years Old  has me super curious to check out the series! As for Middleman’s Love, even though I rated it a 9.5, I absolutely loved it. Yim had me laughing so hard! I think both he and Tutor are amazing actors. It’s impossible not to adore anything they’re part of. The same goes for Max/Nat and Zee/Nunew. They’re just fantastic in every project they do!

Just got home and watched today’s episode of Leap Day. I know it’s not a BL series, so I’m not sure if it’s okay to talk about it here (let me know if it’s not!). But I’m loving it! All the actors are absolutely killing it, especially Pond and Gun. They’re amazing! Now I'm going to watch Gameboys. I’m completely hooked on this series!

I'm really enjoying it. The actors are doing a good job, especially Nelson Ji. His character has this chaotic vibe that I absolutely love. Can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

i don't think i've watched Why R U? since i think 2022, but y'all have inspired me to do a rewatch lol
