I’m too scared to watch because of the sad ending ..

OKAY HEAR ME OUT from my personal pov the ending for them as a whole wasnt sad. it wasnt necessarily happy, and there is a point where you wonder if it is gonna be very sad but the actual ending had a lot of hope in it. its one of those movies that is just so incredible i think everyone should watch it, even with the sad parts. its a fr life changing movie

Totally agree with you. It's one of those series you'll never forget.

Another one of this kind I've just finished watching is 'on cloud 9'. It touched me deep and kept popping up in my mind . Yesterday was the final episode.

I couldn't agree more that sometimes the painful part is needed to highlight the fullness that is Love.  I cried SO hard for them but it was worth the tears and felt like being in real life, walking along side a couple who had travelled the distance through all the moods of loving.  It left me with deep respect and a hopeful heart that it could become something beautiful.

i liked the live action a lot too ! i think the casting was good and they did well with what they have + the ost was banging. they didnt deserve the hate they got for it lmao

I really didn't understand why people felt so strongly opposed to it.  I definitely appreciated the fuller story after completing the anime but even without that I was happy enough with what they offered.  I think sometimes people might forget the great effort involved in putting these shows together at all.  I tend to land more on the grateful side of appreciating that i get a chance  to see them come to life.

the fact that it was based on the directors story too... theres so many behind the scenes/extra things that somehow make it deeper than it already is. i sobbed for them too, like you said they were so REAL. it is easily my favourite piece of taiwanes media ever, its a masterpiece frfr

There are only 6 episodes of about 20-25 minutes, so it's  great for binging.

The acting is natural, the camerawork is outstanding and the music is perfect. A bonus is the breathtaking landscape of Thailand.

I'd love to hear your opinion after watching

Have anyone read LOOKISM here??
