honestly this is me too but Pond has taken over my heart ever since his work in 180 Degrees Longitude Passes Through Us so I had to watch this drama!!

Im with you here! 180 degrees longitude is the only show I ever gave a 10

 p43425:

OK, I watched ep. 1. My expectations were really low, but ... oh my gosh ... it's terrible. New contender for "Worst BL of 2025" - or is this really an extended dog food commercial?
P.S. I'm watching this series anyways, cuz that's just what I do.

I also plan to watch anyway but I will set zero expectations lol

 p43425:

It's a very Chakri Sunday.

I'm now watching "Red Envelope" on Netflix via VPN to Bangkok. (Not sure why Netflix is tolerating my VPN now when it never did in the past - but I'm not complaining.)

And lo and behold, who do I see in the first minutes? Chakri from "Next Prince" (or rather the same actor).

This is quite a coincidence, as I just moments before finished the new ep. 12 of "Next Prince". (Phew, thank goodness that Chakri is back from the dead!)

Anyways, fingers crossed that "Red Envelope" (avg. MDL 8.5) surpasses the original "Marry My Dead Body" (8.0). It's tough to do a remake of a good original - but after "Sunset", which was such a masterpiece, I know that PP Krit and Billkin can achieve great things.

I don’t have a VPN but one of these days i will give in because I agree that Billkin and PP Krit are amazing and i don’t want to miss watching this.

 Indie Art Girl:
I'm hoping the historical Kill to Love you posted a few pages back, (I think it was you?) will be BL. The trailer sure appears to be more BL than bromance, but time will tell.

Yup, my fingers are crossed.

👍 Oh I see.

I can see the resemblance slightly, but it is not very obvious to me.

Yeah that's what I've been saying.

i was on tiktok and this is amaizng. Someone posted a video saying that Eliot was the one who reccomended  Qiu Ding Jie to be Sheng Shao Yu(since they've been living together for 8 years now) and i was like this must be fate.

Last Twilight

You know a series is good when you literally cry cuz it finished 😭

I admit there were some flaws, like the fact that Day never understood Mhok’s perspective and trauma nor did he apologise for hurting him. I do wish Mhok’s trauma and fear was acknowledged and he wasn’t just blamed for everything and expected to be the only one to apologise.

Nevertheless, this series was absolute perfection. I loved every second of it, even the end credits when they showed the pictures Mhok’s took while Day was blind. All of the OSTs are beautiful as well.

There are not enough words in the English dictionary to express my love for this series so I’ll just leave it at this.

10/10. Another addition to my Masterpiece BLs list

P.S. I need a Mhok in my life 😩

💯 As you should!

Just out of curiosity, what was your reaction to the scene where Day crossed the finish line?

The Next Prince ep 13 THANK GOODNESS Chakri made it! OMG I thought he was donezo.

I REALLY didn't think Ramil would actually obey his father and not put his boot to Paytai's head. I actually thought he would have had a moment of deep change and finally stand up to his father. They say to stand up to your bully. I thought this would have been the moment Ramil stood up to his bully ...his father. I'm devastated that he was so weak and actually pathetic just like Paytai said and even his father thinks that he is. Maybe something might change in him in the last episode, so I'll see, but the damage is already  done.

I'm glad they FINALLY gave us the entire backstory to Charan's trauma linked to the rain and the death of his mother which also included how Khanin's mother died.

I love him guys. I'm watching Eliot Huang doing kpop dances and other stuff from Asia Super Young. he's such a great dancer.

I have all my digits crossed 🤞 at this point.
