After wanting to attend Jeff Satur's concerts for years now, I'm finally going to his Singapore concert on Oct 12th. Flights from SFO RT was less than $800 for economy. I was able to find a StubHub ticket for a decent seat. Woo-hoo!!!

As much as I love this series, the second couple frustrated me with their lack of intimacy, at least that was how I felt when I watched it.

The main couple in this are ”love at first sight/rich boy-poor boy” and the second couple are “grumpy-sunshine.”
(re "Oxygen") I forgot to mention yesterday: Your spot-on characterisation of Phu/Kao as "grumpy-sunshine" made me laugh.
To your characterisation of Solo/Gui, you could add "lost puppy dog and his new owner".
Together With Me (2017) my rating: 8.5 (=liked it a lot)
Oh, and something else I forgot to add yesterday: Your enthusiastic feedback was interesting to me. I already knew that RXinw really liked it (and also the sequel "Next Chapter"), and it was already in my PTW queue, but your comments give me additional validation.
By the way, "Bad Romance" (on your PTW list), to which "Together With Me" was released the following year as a prequel, gets generally awful reviews. Be warned.

I was wondering how these shows felt to watch when there weren’t so many BLs available. I imagine MaxTul were even more amazing in a sea of no kisses or one at the end. All these shows had good kisses and a feeling of real couples. i did have complaints but I’m still very glad I watched all three. I think Tay is the most handsome but MaxTul were the best couple.
yeah, the second couple in oxygen do not provide much viewer satisfaction, but I am a fan of “grumpy-sunshine,” especially when it involves a devoted sunshine, so I still liked them. I agreed with Mr. P that the third couple were not well-done and got too much screen time. But the main couple were great.
i‘m going to continue my journey to watch all the best old BLs. I’m currently watching Cause You’re My Boy.

Yes, lost puppy and new owner is good but not as commonly labeled as a trope.
If you decide to start together with me, be warned it does have some objectionable characters/behaviors, including cheating, manipulation, an unfavorable age-gap romance with the older character being poly/a player (but open about it,) and a teacher-student relationship.(The age-gap romance is problematic not because of the age gap or one being poly, but because the younger one makes compromises he isn’t truly comfortable with, but to me it felt like blaming the older one.)
