Dora proposed : "what are everyone else’s favorites? Should I wait until December to ask? Maybe we can do an end-of-the-year favorites challenge in December. What do you think?"

so far my favorite series of the year has been gelboys!! :D followed by top form and thamepo

but i watched all of those earlier in the year when i was in a much different headspace. i think if i was still in the same kind of mood now, shine would've made my top favs list this year. maybe khemjira too depending on how it wraps up. i always feel kind of bad when i watch a good show at not the best time lol but i think i'm just a perfectionist

i would love to revisit in december and hear everyone's final picks :)

I feel like my mood matters a lot when I watch a show! I can still see good or bad quality but it’s not always what I feel like watching. So don’t berate yourself! Like what you like when you like it! My favorites aren’t always the best shows. I’ve watched Fourever You and Perfect 10 Liners twice already because they are comforting. I definitely need to watch ThamePo again too.

i thought Gelboys was amazing artistically but it wasn’t my favorite. Not sure why. But we all have shows that touch us and shows that don’t.

Newsflash: WeTV has just posted first two episodes of "Me and Who".

Me and Who

I actually watched EP 1 already. I was still in bed but hey.

My thoughts, which aren't deep, lol.

Fun & funny, cuz that's important. The "Comedy" tag is missing though. Park as Apo is cute as hell! I'm liking them both much more in this series than I did in Monster Next Door.

One of my fav crazy ladies plays Apo's mom. She's so cool in whatever role she has. AND I didn't know Tommy was going to play Apo's bro!!! Love it and he looks as hot as ever.

I'd watch EP 2 rn but I have to be out all day. ☹️

The dancing scene...in his crazy fit. When he came down the stairs in that fit, for his date,  I died. 💀

I was stalking a profile and found this new-to-me BL title, Xia Ri Qing Shu, for the vertical drama lovers in the group.

And many more shows still to come!

Hello 👋 my BL friends.

I finally managed to read through and catch up with the posts here during my absence. I can see that Khemjira is getting a lot of attention and love. I look forward to binge watching it.

The Wicked Game is also getting some love. Unfortunately I have yet to move past episode 1 because of how busy I have been. This weekend and Monday are a holiday here in Jamaica, so while I do still have things to do I hope to still get to enjoy the break, so I have some BLs to watch.

I really do miss being here regularly 🥹

Hello 👋 my BL friends.

This BL, The Beginning of Love, is on my WTA list and it quietly posted on YT but never popped into my feed.  It started Oct 1 and has 3 eps.  It's a prequel to The River.

As to episodes 5 & 6 of "Story of Bi Hyeoung": It's entertaining but confusing. I'm still not sure what to think of it. Feedback from others in the group watch?

I dropped it after ep 1. I couldn't get past that.

I feel validated somehow  🤣

Lol as do I now as well. Korean BLs very rarely let me down, and it looks like this will be one of them.

Just finished watching Reset, and I loved it! Can anyone tell me if the actor who played Tada has starred in another BL series? Thanks!

So when you asked this question I went and looked up Peterpan‘s credits. I responded and told you that I found one other BL he’d been in called:

Oh! My Sunshine Night

I loved Peterpan in Reset so I decided to watch Sunshine Night. A number of people said his couple (the second couple) stole the show and I agreed. It is a long series (18 episodes) and it drags quite a bit. Plus the writing/directing could be a lot better. But Peterpan was amazing and I was glad I got a chance to see him before Reset. I’m not a huge OhmFluke fan (sorry RX and Mr. P!) but they were cute. Still the whole cast was short-changed by inadequate storytelling and too many filler episodes. So I’d say be prepared if you watch this. If you just want to see the second couple, someone has loaded edits of their scenes on daily motion. Look for “Rain Payoo Oh My Sunshine Night.” Be warned that BossNouel’s characters in Love in the Air are RainPayoo, so if you’re not specific you may end up watching edits of them instead.

i wrote a review of the series that you can see on page 2 of the reviews right now or on my profile, but the review contains spoilers so Heads Up.

I'm currently watching ep 5 of That Summer and it's so good. It's a nice simple treat that's an easy watch. I really am happy that Win and Satang got to be mains in their own series. They definitely deserve it. They are great together.
