oh idk. I am kinda interested more in anime, manga and doing other things irl right now

i can relate to that, there is times when i was more interested in playing laptop and phone games rather than watching anything for a period of time ,and sometimes watching anime instead etc

i dont remember well but i think its around 2018-2019 , i accidently saw fanmade video of love by chance on youtube i thought let me check then i immediately searched for the series then started looking for other bl series, at that time there is not a lot of bl series so i had to hold on to most series that air

Between 2017 and 2018. I know I watched my first Thai drama "Love sick" in 2018, but I definitely watched some Japanese oldies before that.

Intense (for me) at the start and wasn't ready for the assault on my little pea brain , lol. I'm not totally scared off, as I hope to go back to it. Very sci fi-ish and survival-like. Very different, maybe in a good way?

I just finished ep 2 of The Cursed Love ahead of ep 3 that airs tomorrow night. It's really good and I'm glad I stumbled upon it.

It does seem to be trying to cater a little to a Western audience with the casting that I mentioned previously and some occasional language swapping that can sound cheesy if done wrong or too much with the English idioms and slang. Thankfully they aren't going too hard on it, or that would turn me off from watching it. That said, I can accept it, as I'm all for a few gateway BLs that help expand the genre here in North America, where there is still very little awareness of it.
