i recommend you watch more korean/japanese ones than thai/taiwanese ones as theyre usually the ones heavy in that kind of stuff. some of my favoutites with none of that kind of stuff are
korea : to my star (1&2), light on me, semantic error, you make me dance, blueming
japan: kieta hatsukoi, kimi no koto dake mite itai, old fashion cupcake, fukou-kun wa kiss suru shikanai!

I checked out ep 1 because of the hype but like you, loved the OST more than the show. Already downloaded and listened to it a bunch of time.
I hope they keep up with the attention to OSTs on the new shows - loving a lot of them lately.

I gobbled up Once Again last night. I could see why some folks might not like it at all but for me it was excellent and I'm so happy I got to watch it. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did after reading some of the reviews which reminds me solidly that it's always worth giving something a try myself cause ya just never know! :D
I really enjoyed it, too.
