BL Challenge Day 2: Favourite comfort drama (plus lecture about junk food)

I love watching and re-watching fluffy comfort stuff. Over the years there have been so many that I don't know where to begin - so I'll narrow it down to 2025, and the top one that comes to mind is "Your Sky". So overflowing with fluffy feel-good adorable cuteness!

I shall refrain from commenting about the "favourite snacks" question because it'll sound like I'm lecturing everyone not to eat junk food, especially sugar and ultraprocessed stuff which you'll probably regret later in life. (Hmm, was that already a lecture?)

DAY 2 - Favourite comfort drama
I like to watch (and rewatch) a lot of different genres, but for me to call it a comfort drama it needs to be cute, fluffy, heartwarming and light, so my most rewatched BL may not be my comfort BL.
Since it's a challenge about this year's BLs, I choose Your Sky. It fits all of my comfort drama criteria plus it's a fake-relationship-turned-real trope, which I love 🥰
My favourite snacks are fruits and nuts (pistachio 🤤)

DECEMBER 2025 BL CHALLENGE
Day 2: Favourite comfort drama

I do not normally re-watch an entire series. I normally re-watch specific scenes from a series I loved. Surprisingly, those scenes rarely are NC scenes. There has been no comfort series from 2025 for me so far. As a matter of fact, I have not had a comfort scene which I re-watch regularly since probably 2022 🤔

In light of that, I will give comfort scenes of mine from different series and movie released before 2025. 

1. The supermarket scene when Pharm saw Dean - Until We Meet Again
2. The kiss and confession scene - Until We Meet Again
3. Episode 6 confession - TharnType
4. Kitchen scene where they were baking - My Day the Series
5. Gunshot scene - A Round Trip to Love Part 2

Let me leave it there because I will end up doing a long post.

As it relates to comfort food, oddly I am not normally eating or drinking anything when I am watching BLs or shows in general. Sometimes I am doing work and have my screen split lol. Plus, I am focusing on reading the subtitles or the happenings in the scenes.

so no question here for me: Your Sky. I’ve already watched it three times this year. To me it’s the perfect fluffy comfort.

runners up: Fourever You, Perfect 10 Liners (these both ended in 2025). I’ve watched each of these twice already.

I don’t think I’ve rewatched anything that aired this year, so I can’t really say I have a comfort drama. But if I had to pick one I might rewatch for comfort, it would be  Secrets Happened on the Litchi Island.

I need to watch this again! It was sooooo good.

My two favourite scenes from my all-time favourite BL. Ironically, i.e. despite the ultra-tragic backstory, I likewise consider "UWMA" a comfort watch (but skipping over those scenes).

You're giving me the urge to do another re-watch of this gem, especially as it's only about two hours (which by Chinese BL standards is pretty darn short).
