Yes, I also find it interesting to hear BLs in other languages, such as Cantonese, Vietnamese, Cambodian.

There's another Cantonese-language indie BL that comes to mind. It's low budget, but I liked it, so you probably would, too: "Our Golden Times" (Youtube, 6 short episodes, total runtime about 1 hours). The story development is rather bumpy, but it's a reasonably nice BL with good actors (one of whom is quite cute!). The average MDL rating of 6.8 is inexplicable - maybe because it's in Cantonese?

Yep, that's what I figure too. I'm going to try to ignore it...For me overly done aka OTT efforts can be annoying. I'm weird that way, lol.  🙃

Flavor of Us is finally here. I had given up and even deleted it from my WTA list. Coming Mar 23.

Thanks for your updates. I don't love the trailer, but I'll probably watch this one out of curiosity - also because of the new actors. While it's nice/comfortable to start a series already knowing and feeling pre-invested in familiar and beloved Thai BL actors, it's also nice to see some new faces.

I watched with auto-generated English subtitles, which is (barely) adequate for the trailers, but this suggests that the actual films might also lack subtitles.

With the third and final episode of "My Stepbrother* Is My Favourite Novelist" now posted to Youtube, I binge-watched it. It's lightweight fluff, but it was a cute watch - and short (not even 30 minutes). Not great, but there are worse ways to spend half an hour.

* Japanese expression in title can mean "stepbrother" or "brother-in-law". MDL has title as "brother-in-law", but from watching the series, it's actually stepbrother (as on Youtube).

I've watched it and I liked it. It has flaws but overall it was a good watch for me. I was happy to see a lot of familiar faces I've rated it 8/10.

maybe the series ur thinking of is Akina, which is a shared universe miniseries with Top Form. I haven't heard much about it though.

Yes that´s the one! Booms company/agency posted about the actors training for the series on instagram in february. But before and after that I have not seen anything about it other than the official concept teaser on youtube.

People can say what they want to about Dare You to Death as a series, but surely we can all agree that the JD OST 'Dare You to Love' goes freaking hard, right?!

Yes !!! It's one of the OST that I like to listen after watching the show like with Pray for GBYFD 

That and the entire soundtrack of the Heart Killers are my top favorites!
