Well, let me give you the tea behind my comment. You caught me in a mood, muhahaha

I posted about it a while ago, so it's nothing new for some here. I was experiencing FOMO while everyone was raving about Khemjira on this thread. I mean, it was practically cult status. 💀 (Now I'm feeling FOMO about Sammy's Children's Day 😂🤣)

I don't do horror but I REALLY wanted to watch Keng & Namping's first ever series. I was invested ever since watching them in one of the DMD Friendship reality shows.

So I challenged myself to watch the whole drama without dropping it cuz I'm good at dropping a drama. But I didn't like it, even without the horror/ghost scenes. I was bored with the story and didn't connect with any of the characters. I didn't like the second couple. I didn't like the two children's roles. I like kids but not these kinds of character roles.

Now that I've seen it I don't get why it's so special. Sorry, not sorry to all the Khemjira fans! 😆🤣

PS I stuck with a drama I didn't like til the very end for the first time ever! If never drop disease feels like what I went through, then I'm relieved to be a drama diva dropper, hahahaha.

I finished Duang with You. I loved it but I don’t think it was such a high quality show to deserve a 9. I just think Duang and Qin are so lovable that that carries over into people’s ratings. But I guess the mark of a good BL is ultimately whether you love it or not. i try to rate based on multiple factors, and then give extra points if I adored it. I also go by my gut though.

There is one aspect of recent Mandee shows that I have to particularly commend. I am so happy when a show includes a final NC scene, and Mandee does this consistently. They also clearly have an excellent intimacy coordinator because their NC scenes are all fire without being too explicit. They also make these scenes feel part of a loving relationship, which is a really nice wrap up to a story.

lol, i really dont feel fomo in other areas of my life but i admit that there are times i feel fomo in bls lol. there's just so many of them and so little time. heck, even if i dont have to work and just watch series, i dont think i'll be able to watch all the good ones lol

i dont think sammy's children day is toxic so i think you can enjoy it. it's on my watchlist, will probably start watching it a week before it ends

oh wow, atty rx. that was my sis' dream but unfortunately didnt come true. as for me, i love watching law dramas, but cant really memorize a lot of stuff law and med students need to do =D

I don't remember who recommended Tokyo in April is… but I gave it a try tonight and spent a nice evening. Thanks to the one who posted about it in the previous days! The eps are short (20 min), so I could watch all 8 episodes.

Tomorrow I plan to finish one or two series I have in my on hold list, before I start Duang with you on Monday. I'll try to keep it to 1-2 series this week as I seriously need to study for my coming exams. Life is hard!
