I saw the two eps are available in raw (with Korean subtitles) already. After all the drama it was, I'm not sure if I even want to watch it at all.

if it doesnt get subbed id probably not watch, because i will not understand anything anyway, im indeed looking forward for them to find a solution because id not want to watch if the actors really didnt got paid

Little question but I am curious. This question doesn't have anything to do with bls. But maybe someone knows. Does the rough material filmed for a series get deleted after the editing/releasing of the series/movie or is it stored somewhere (in case of a re-release or other things )

Look at this feed. It's from a group for AI dramas. There apparently have been 2 KBLs so far that are simply AI slop and nothing else. How long until the situation worsens? Have you guys seen the iQiY announcement? They're going to use the likeness of some of their actors for creating AI dramas.

This can't get any worse i s2g. They want us to watch series where the actors aren't even actors but just their faces on an AI video? What do you guys think? I think this should be banned. I don't care. They shouldn't be able to cut costs by leaving so many people, actors included, effectively jobless.

This is the worst.

On another note, I have finished watching Unknown. It was a heart-wrenching story. 10 out of 10 from me, wishing them all the happiness.

If i were to recommend chinese ones this are THEM

Out of the 4, Sammy's Children's Day is by far the best. I really liked Revenged Love until ep 18-19, then it lost its essence, and I hardly finished it. ABO desire was my biggest frustration so far: I was rooting for the 2nd couple that got almost no screen time. So every week I would wait for the next episode to air, and get out of it even more frustrated that there was almost no story development for the 2nd leads. To My Shore, I liked the first 2 eps, then somehow I lost the mojo.

Did you try any Taiwanese BL? I really liked We Best Love (season 1 & 2).

YUp yup i love sammy. uhuh i wanted more cameo for second lead in abo it was so frustratinggg.

Secret loyers was ok, but I found the story a bit empty. I didn't watch many Taiwanese series either, but I really liked We best love seasons 1 & 2 (+ special eps) and The Premise of the Soul

I loved "Secret Lovers", so that might give an indication of my tastes.

Other Taiwanese BLs that I loved : "See Your Love" (deafness theme) , "About Youth" (young first love), "Stay By My Side" (really sweet with ghost/supernatural theme) and "DNA Says Love You" (an unexpected gem). "VIP Only" and "My Tooth Your Love" were also really nice watches, albeit not quite at the same level.

There are also two excellent Taiwanese BL-adjacent movies that I can recommend, both on Netflix: "Marry My Dead Body" (gay-themed police action-comedy) and "Balloon's Landing" (although some claim it's bromance, I would definitely call it BL, albeit without any physical stuff - but the ending is bittersweet).

I'm sure I'm forgetting some good ones, but others will undoubtedly chime in.

I've finished Yesterday I think the first 3 or 4 episodes were a bit hard to follow because of the differents timelines but it's easier after. It had a bit too much of business for me. The best part was the last 3 episodes. FortPeat were good. And it made me want to see Gunner in a main role (outside Knock out). 7.5/10 Not bad not really good.

The On1y one, HIStory 2 : Crossing the line, HIStory 3 : Make our days count, Kiseki : Dear to me. I'm only recommending the ones I've rated 8.5 or higher.

ETA: I found 2 titles. One I'm really excited for, Love From Outta Space with OffGun! I never heard of it.

The other one I'm not sure about but I like most period dramas and the costumes should be amazing. Farewell My Concubine. It's really old.

Along with Dora's title I might be able to add at least 2 of these to my challenge.
