Caged Bird i didnt fully give up on vertical bls because once in a while i find something interesting ,this one was in my undecided list for a while and eventually i looked at my list and i checked it, the results: i liked it , the plot is interesting and i liked the mls, if this was a full length bl series it could have gotten a lot of attention

I miss you guys! I have not been able to be around, because I've been in a panic as things have been getting very dire here for me in my personal life after losing my job a couple months ago and trying to figure out how I'm going to pay rent and bills. I have never been this scared before in my life. Thankfully family was able to help me just barely scrape by for now.
I have been trying to watch my series, but I just haven't had the time or headspace to be consistent. I mentioned previously that I was only keeping up with Love You Teacher but was so behind in episodes. I'm now 2 episodes behind instead of 3. This was the first real chance I have had to just sit and relax and actually focus to watch with out being a tensed up nervous wreck, racked with anxiety, and cortisol raging through my bloodstream. Living in the US is worse than any biblical described concept of Hell.
Anyhow, episode 5 was really great. Some really super sweet moments. Perth and Santa are really truly amazing together. When they kiss, it's so genuine and believable and they actually kiss like normal people. It's not a sterile, rehearsed-looking, mechanical kissing like we see so often in other series couples.
Side note: I see they also gave us a little something extra in episode 5 (and I'm making a silent virtual eye gesture looking directly at you RXinw lol). We got fed well with this episode with that 'at level' camera side shot of Perth when he was lying on the dorm room floor helping Santa study in one of the memory flashbacks. Like DAMN Perth!!

I just finished EP 4 of The Proper Way to Write Love and wondering when Natsuo will realize Hiro is the classmate he bullied in school. Could someone please spoil which ep he figures it out?
Just wait and watch. There's more to this. The turning point is episode 6, when it shifts to Natsuo's perspective.

RomeRaffy are honestly the only thing keeping me checking the new episode each Friday.
I'm a bit interested in other couples and the overall dynamics but without RomeRaffy it would be much less entertaining.

Yes this episode surprised me in a good way. I actually felt good about this drama again.
It was a good episode, I shouldn't have watched the preview for next week because, between the scenes from the preview and my interpretation of what happens before and after each scene, I feel like I've already watched the episode and there won't be any surprises.
