Has anyone seen all of the Fourever You parts that have aired so far? I watched TSFAS and adore AD. I am thinking of possibly watching the rest, too. I've heard that AD are an outlier and the others are all second chance romances in some way or another.. I just want to know what I am getting into since usually second chances aren't my thing..

@Art Girl: "Xiang Xu Ji” (starting May 14) seems to be missing from your "waiting to air" list.
I have two other titles on my list which aren't on yours: “Painter of the Night” (KBL historical starting May 28), but it's presumably a vert and only on Lezhin Snack, so pfffft), and "Payback" (starting May 30, BL debt collector story which doesn't inherently appeal to me, but it has Boss in a supporting role, which I take as an indication of quality).

Also on the subject of BL mainstream-ification, I want to share an observation: It's interesting that Netflix, which has until recently been only a minor player in BLs outside of certain local markets, seems to finally be getting more serious about BLs. Although some of the recent titles like "Khemjira" and most recently "Pit Babe" have already aired elsewhere and are thus "me, too" additions, it's still striking that Netflix is finally joining the party, albeit very late.

I have watched them all so far. Pond & Earth in the first season are a second chance romance, but they were previously forced apart, rather than breaking up. Maxky and Bas — I don’t know the name of the trope but one has known who the other is for a long time, but the other didn’t really know him and they never had a romantic relationship in the past.
Bever and Tonliew are a childhood friends story, who lost touch for many years.
I thought they were all good but none have any supernatural elements like TSFAS. Some people think DA are the best couple but some think Johan (Maxky) and North (Bas) are. All the stories have serious elements as well as sweet love story moments.

Yes - and ditto to everything that Dora says two posts back. I've liked all four stories/couples so far and am looking forward to the fifth and final story.
I worked all day and evening but it's finally over... til tomorrow, lol. I had a few stressful moments when I dropped a loaded paint brush on my nice rug and got adhesive in my hair. Took time out to clean up both messes. Waaah.
I'm gonna need some BL love tonight!! That doesn't sound right, but yk what I mean! 😂
Time for a low stress light BL that's already aired. Maybe Cosmetic Playlover 2? I have almost no BLs on my PTW that aren't airing. Well hmmm.

Some days we need more self soothing! I’m sure there’s a series you haven’t seen that would be perfect right now. I looked through my completed list for the last year. Have you tried City of Stars? See You After Quarantine is cute too.
Also my spouse is an artist so we regularly have to clean or replace things damaged by paint or other craft items. My biggest complaint is how many cups/mugs have been sacrificed for paintbrushes. Lol. Don’t get me started on ruined tees and hoodies. It’s worth it, though.

Hehe, it's on my PTW list early since it's only a few days away. I'm too lazy to manually drag it from the very bottom of my WTA list to the top where I keep titles with release dates.
I don't do verts. No shade to anyone, just a personal preference. Regular BLs are more than enough to keep me busy.
"Payback"
I went through the list recently and made a few judgement calls on titles after some research, with stories too dark and toxic for me and deleted them. About 6 titles I had already listed in a post here some time ago. They were all CBLs.
I thought Payback could go either way, so I figure I can add it to my PTW later if I hear it's not too bad. 🤷🏻♀️
My "Waiting to Air" list is actually my overflow PTW list, so it's not a complete list of all unreleased BLs. I wanted to declutter my PTW and since I couldn't choose unreleased dramas anyways why keep them with the rest. As soon as a title airs I move it to my PTW. 😆

It's on Viki - and I agree 100% with Dora: It's a delightful short series. Although the Covid, lockdown and Zoom themes might now seem hopelessly dated, it's sweet, cute and romantic - and for a low-budget series, surprisingly good.

Thanks for your explanations on the three titles. Regarding "Painter" and "Payback", that's what I figured, as I know your excellent "waiting to air" list isn't meant to be comprehensive.
