(That being said, Thai BLs tend to have an abundance of cutie-patooties, which is also not a bad thing.)
I have confidence in the ability of Gemini, Fourth and especially P'Aof to deliver something uniquely good.
Yes you're right if it's really 5 episodes and they focus on a single story and protagonist pairing, I'm curious to see how different it will be from most Thai BLs. And if they succeed in portraying it that way and people like it, maybe we will see more Thai BLs done that style.

Love You Teacher : It was a good watch. For the first half my favourite part was the flashbacks with Pobmek and Solar when they were university roomates I enjoyed the second half more since the kids were less present and it became more serious. I became attached to the characters. I like how they bring up real life issues like past trauma and depression.
I think they balance serious subjects and humor well, as it happens in real life. It was heartwarming. 8.5/10
I would like to conclude with a line from the finale (I don’t consider it a spoiler since it could have been said in the first episode).
"If we never faced problems in life, we'd probably never realize whose willing to stand by our side on our worst days, and we would probably never know what happiness looks like."
