Back when Thai BL YT channel ranked it #3 among the all-time ten worst BLs, that scared me off - although maybe I should give it a try? Could it turn out to be one of those trainwrecks that I perversely enjoy?

Noooo, save yourself. 😭 At 2x speed and on episode 4 and all I can say is it has a similar humor as CLMM and just as bad a plot. Its philosophy seems to be to throw as many jokes and slapstick around in the hopes someone will find something funny. And its deceitful. The first episode will have you thinking its average but on the silly side. False sense of security. 😦
I love the Felizz song abracadabra and listened to it today. Big mistake! This show ruined that song for me by association.

I usually get really irritated by that kind of failed, in-your-face comedy. On the other hand, unlike "Candy" with its undistinguished cast, "CLMM" tempts me with Boss & Noeul. I haven't yet decided whether this is a reason to watch, or rather not to watch (i.e. tainting their good names with inferior quality).
I'm working both tomorrow and Saturday; next week I will also be working Mon-Sat so I'm trying to figure out which episodes to watch and which ones to put off on Sunday. Here's what I have so far..

Really good list ! I watched almost everything I will be watching Lovesick 2024 (to watch it before When Oranges Fall) and I will try to squeeze 4Minutes in my August schedule.

I made a special BL calendar style chart a year or so ago and I used to post it here occasionally, but the Numbers program (similar to Excel) on my Mac was replaced with a new version recently and I screwed it up so bad while updating and editing, I ended up deleting it. I could barely use the old program but now it's hopeless. It was so pretty too! Waaaah!! 😭

Yeah ! It's Friday for me right now ! Excited to see Winter Sun (I don't think I will ever be able to remember the full title 😆) and also excited for Don't Be Too Emotional I'm also watching A Dog and a Plane but if I have to wait the next day it doesn't bother me.

I feel so guilty. I promised at the start to join the group watch, and I've still not started on it.
TBH if I had to choose between Winter Sun and Crazy Love Moo Moo, I wouldn't think at all, WS would win again and again and again.

Yes! I watched the teaser yesterday and it looks good!

If you finally decide you want to watch CLMM, then watch ep4 for Earth, then drop. Save yourself time. You can also turn off the sound, especially in ep2 and 3 it will save your ears from some constant and disturbing sound effects. But maybe ep1 with the sound on will act as a natural mosquito repellent and you'll switch to Winter Sun beautiful photography, soundtrack, and story ;-)

I hope so. I've been dropping series constantly for the past years but it never gets easy. I keep feeling I'm missing out on a great drama almost every time. It sucks. I wish things wouldn't be so complicated. Maybe I'm the one who over complicates this process. I don't know when to quit and let go. :(
Talking about bad BL, I was "lucky" enough to watch You Ta Shi Kong 65 episodes (honestly who does that to themselves?) and it was bad, like the really bad ones. It's a C-Vertical, and the proof that not all Chinese BL are to be watched. Still, on MDL it's rated a 7.7.
Reviews set it at 8 and 7.5... something is definitely wrong with the scoring system of some people.
I haven't seen this but I was planning to. Glad to be rid of it if it's that bad, before I sink in any of my time into it. Thanks for the heads up!

I watched a reel about it in Instagram, and thought "why not?". Worse idea ever, should have run the reel 3-4 times and saved 2 hours of my life for anything else more interesting.
