re "Winter Sun": Same. This is exactly the reason I've not yet watched it. I want to be in the right mood to be able to concentrate and fully appreciate it.

Another recommendation, if you want something with a bit more action but still a relatively easy (serious but not overly taxing) and quick watch: "Prosecutor's Proposal" (KBL on Gaga/iQiyi, avg. MDL 8.5, finished airing). Good combination of engaging police mystery and BL. It's from the producer of last year's excellent "Secret Relationships".

Yeah that one's good too. I have it on my ptw list so far.

I strongly agree with Mr. P’s recommendations, and I’d like to add from the BLs that finished airing last month, Deep In as a CBL as well as Payback and The Edge of Horizon from Thailand. Each one is really different from the others !

Be My Player Two Episode 9

Okay umm... I didn't like this episode and I'm afraid the dislike will massively reduce my rating once the show is over, which yeah that is something considering so far I had been a fan.

I think a more wider issues that I had with this episode, was that I think ep 8 should have been the last ep of the series. This episode for me felt like, since the main plot line is now over, that the writers went on an overkill with the episode events in order to keep ppl still interested.

So in one single ep we had an ark where suddenly one of the team members got disqualified for something she did years ago (like really, two year game ban for something that seemed to have happened long time ago?!), Ten was brought back causing massive conflicts and on top of it the team's owner bailed on them making Zo almost sacrifice himself, so that they could get the finances needed to continue as a team.

The most disappointing thing in this ep was how Ten was brought back. Considering that clearly Ten, Thi and Jack haven't had the proper time, space and I would even argue professional help to deal with what Ten did when he left the team and how much anger and resentment there is still left, it was unrealistic to for Jack to think Ten could just come back at such a short notice. Additionally how the conflict between Thi and Ten ended up with a screaming match and Thi throwing punches... at that point if I was Zo I would be running for the hills. I would never want to see that kind of behavior from my partner. I thought especially based on the last ep that Thi had moved past on letting Ten bate him, but with this episode I feel we went back with the character development. I don't care that they had a group hug at the end, considering the level of the argument and emotions happening during the fight, everyone just hugging at the end to gloss the whole thing over felt strange.

Don't really know now what to expect from the last ep, bc this episode really downgraded the show for me.

OMG, I HAVE to watch this! I need to know if it's available for general YT viewers or if it's paid only.

I'm rewatching the second couple's scenes from Shine, and I must say, flirting through a newspaper and books in a library sounds so romantic and cool. 😍📚

Those two are one of my fav things of the whole series! Especially the beginning of their "courtship". Libraries are soooo romantic, but especially older libraries with the wood tables and shelves. The scent of the books...one of my favorite places to visit.

Yes I skip most of the scenes but for Shine I ended up watching some scenes with Viktor too.
