I was pleasantly surprised to see that Fool in Love has 20 episodes, with two episodes released per week ! I think it's the first time I've seen a Thai BL with two episodes a week. I hope it will be good and that the 20 episodes will be worth it ! I love toxic 💜
On another note I dropped Your Third at the end of ep11
I didn't watch it, but that doesn't sound good. At least you were patient and hoped things would get better.
Summertime : I thought it would be difficult for me to concentrate and get invested because of how stressed I was today, but they proved me wrong !
I also have to say that when I first started the first episode, I thought I'd accidentally clicked on the last episode and had to check 😂 I got immersed in the story very easily, from beginning to end.
I enjoyed so many things : the chemistry (including the kissing and NC scenes), the cinematography, and the slow pacing. I think the slow pacing was actually a plus because it helped me get more invested as time went by. I also loved seeing how down bad Dohyun was for Eunho !
I also have to add that it felt so weird at first to see Im Young Min, from Produce 101 and a former AB6IX member, here after all these years !
I'll just pretend the last 5 minutes don't exist. 8.5/10

she was more specific than that =)) i've read somewhere that twisted tie is supposed to be a true-to-life story of the writer or director but also that it doesn't have any plot and just pure nc scenes. i was planning to binge watch this but i just might have a peep now lol

Yeah this got very spicy and intense quickly, however if there is only 5 episodes I don't expect the endgame plot to be too complex.

My gosh this has 20 episodes o_O! That is a lot for a Thai BL considering that all episodes are probably within the 45-50 min length. Now talking about the newest two episodes: remember when I said You Maniac was not the red flag BL it was advertised to be.... yeah a show like this is what I meant. This is definitely not for everyone, we basically got assault and rape four episode into the show. The dynamic between the main pair is just destruction waiting to happen and the saying "waiting who hits the hardest" is describing them a little bit too accuretly. I am def. sat for this, but I think I will need something fluffier to balance this one out. 😅
A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring Hills' Dream Extra Episode 3 (finale)
As a whole this series of special episodes was just strange for me. The episodes were really short which already limited what kind of plot they could do, and what they ended up doing with the very limited time per each episode didn't feel like it was a cohesive special episodes series. The time travel element is generally not a favorite for me, and in this one it made everything feel disjointed. It is such a shame, because I know a lot of fans were hoping more from this series, but the execution is sooo far off from how well the original series was done.

I did start the trailer a while back when I was trying to figure out the story and stopped it really quick, lol. I was looking forward to this one, but that was before the trailer. Not the first time this happened. 😔
I think I said this already, but my interest in BL is declining bit by bit. Many times when a new title comes out I'm interested in the story and then feel let down when it's another in a long line of psycho themes. I'm less open to clicking on BL trailers these days after a few surprised me in the first few seconds. 😳
I don't know if it's my imagination but it seems like there's more JBLs than KBLs recently, which I'm also less attracted to. But still. there's plenty of great sounding BLs waiting to air. I just have to be patient. *sigh*
It's no fun being picky but the alternative is worse mentally and emotionally, if I were to watch the dark and toxic dramas. It's better for me to focus on lighter stories. Some of my very favorite lead characters are warm supportive or strong protective, both with healthy mental outlooks. That's prob not nearly as exciting for viewers to watch as the toxic characters though. 😆🤣

I wasn't sure after ep1 but got addicted from ep2. And this week 2 (!!!!!) episodes were bombastic. Can't wait for next Thursday 🤤

actually it was already 3 eps into the show 🙈 and what a scene. I first thought Whaou 20 eps will be soooo long, but now if it goes the way it was in the first eps, I'm happy it doesn't stop after 10 eps. I'm enjoying the ride, even though I'm normally not into toxic relationships and black flags.

Good that you wrote about it because I was going to ask in the forum if anyone had watched it. I watched the special ep1 when it aired but didn't get the time to watch the other 2. Given how busy I am I may wait after the mid-terms exams before I watch it.
