The easiest way to add a badge is to go to "Settings", and under the "Profile" tab, edit your biography. There is a button that allows you to insert images. Find the url of the badge you want to add (right-click on your preferred image, and "copy URL"), and then insert that into your biography.

How is Discord re privacy and surveillance? Not that MDL is great on that with all its trackers. I know there's no real privacy on the internet but I'd rather not make it easy for companies to take my personal information.

No idea. I use a VPN and fake names, and details, so ...
I just don't trust any site and use SimpleLogIn (which comes as part of my email/password manager package) to ensure my details aren't out there.

I would advise using Discord on a (burner) phone as it chews up processing memory on PCs and Macbooks.

Mame is really making bank with most of her novels pretty much getting adaptations. I'm not really a fan of her writing but I end up watching all her BLs lol. I'm curious to see this new one.

She is definitely cashing in on these series, I them all except Wedding Planner that series had no damn progress

honestly yes. "wedding plan" was the first bl of her that I couldn't suffer till the end. but the other somehow managed to catch me
