I'm struggling with something. I want to rank the seven currently airing BLs I'm watching, but it's not so easy. "Cooking Crush" is definitely my #1, but after that ... hmm ... it gets really difficult!

Episodes 3 and 4 of "VIP Only" were a bit slow, but I really liked today's Episode 5. Or maybe "Playboyy" - or would this be an admission that I'm a perv? Hmm, aside its fascinating trashiness (Did the writer learn about BDSM from Wikipedia?), it does have an engaging sense of mystery. (And why am I putting sweet, innocent "VIP Only" in the same paragraph with lurid, trashy "Playboyy"? Could two BLs possibly be any more opposite?)

Then there's today's Episode 3 of "Sahara Sensei to Toki-kun", which was really quite cute. Although I'm not sure how I feel about the student/teacher thing (red line!), I'm starting to like this series more than I thought I would. And same for "Pit Babe", which is also growing on me as I wonder what is brewing beneath the surface. And finally, "Middleman's Love", despite an awful start to the series, has definitely been getting better starting with Episode 4. (Not great, just better.)

I am watching these current BL's in my favorite order:

1. Last Twilight    2. Cherry Magic (Thai)    3. Cooking Crush    4. Twins    5. VIP Only

I'm hoping Cooking Crush will get a little funnier or a bit more exciting.  I've mentioned that I dropped Middleman's Love and for the rest of the currently airing BL's  I will wait until they are finished before watching. 

While waiting for new episodes to post, I'm watching a non-BL drama, Love Between Fairy & Devil.

I was so impressed (and moved) back when the trailor for "Last Twilight" came out. I meant to let 2-3 episodes come out before starting on it, but somehow the weeks go by so quickly - and now I urgently need to do a massive catch-up.

Regarding "Cherry Magic", I've still not seen the Japanese original. I've been wondering to myself if I should binge-watch that before starting on the new Thai version - or doesn't it matter?

And regarding "The Sign", I'm not usually so into action or supernatural, but after hearing such good things about it, I'll definitely give it a try.

I have yet to watch it I am waiting for it to finish to binge but the fight is real because I keep seeing TikTok vids of it and so much good reviews.

Hmm, I don't think it matters which version you watch first. I've only seen the first episode of the Thai Cherry Magic, and judging by that, I think both will be a really good watch in their own way.  

I have never watched the Japanese version, but I have seen enough clips to have a general idea of the plot and how it ended.
