I also rather enjoyed "Unforgotten Night", although I don't think I would re-watch it. It helps to not take it seriously and to watch it almost as a spoof of a mafia movie (which it's not intended to be - yes, it's that bad). And of course, it helps that there are some cuties.

I frankly don't take most BL series or shows.  It always helps when they are cute. XD

I had asked my friend this question, and we agreed on this. Do you think Unforgotten Night would have gotten more love if it had come before we had KinnPorche?

 p43425:
In this respect it reminds me of "Playboyy". The story is so garbled, and the acting and directing is at times so bad, especially this past week's Episode 13 (*cringe emoji goes here*). And yet I eagerly look forward to each week's new episode. As with Unforgotten Night, it helps to not take it seriously - and again, it helps that there are ample cuties (plus, of course, Playboyy's lurid appeal *slobber em

Frankly, I was excited for Playboyy the series . I am still watching it but I'm not sure how I feel about it since I feel like the plot has been super messy.

 p43425:
Another I could put in this group is "Hit Bite Love", which is garbled and weird, but has some cuties, especially the debut of Newyear and Jur, who I absolutely adore as the Burger/King side couple. (Although this series is highly flawed, the terrible MDL ratings probably have more to do with moral disapproval, i.e. youth of actors, BDSM theme, and general luridness. I actually rather liked it.)

I'm sure other BLs would come to mind if I think about your question long enough. I'm easily influenced by cuties.

I have never watched that one, but I feel like I saw people talking about it, and the reviews weren't so great. So, IDK if i'll ever watch it.

 p43425:
"Until We Meet Again" is one of my all-time favourites and probably my "most re-watched BL" (yeah, I always skip over the flashbacks when I re-watch it). I've not yet watched "609 Bedtime Story", but I'm sure I will because my love for Fluke and Ohm is more powerful than my distaste for mediocrity.

Me rewatching the flashbacks all depends on how well or bad my mental health is. I tend to rewatch them more if I'm not in a good space and I need a cry. Those flashbacks always make me cry.

The Sign has finally aired the final episode! Who's seen it?

I watched it.  I will say those last 5 seconds with Saint coming in has so excited to see if we are getting a special episode or another season, I would be down for a season 2

 Jojo:
Cherry Magic

I have been enjoying this a lot more than Japanese version. I loved the Japanese one but there is something about TayNew chemistry that is just a little better.

 American Fan:
just finished ep 10 of Cherry Magic and waiting for the final episode to drop before starting ep 11. That way I'm not stuck a whole week with the dreaded 11th chapter.

Don't worry. it's not the typical episode 11 of Thai BLs.

From what I heard, this show has several different endings, and when I heard that it annoyed me because it felt like a cop out and like the writers failed to commit to a story. After watching the YT ending, it feels like that was exactly what it was, a cop out. Now I'm tempted to search for the other endings, to see if any of those was better. I was also hoping the YT version would have Saint's cameo but no such luck.

Um, the ending I saw weeks ago on the DW was very different from the one I saw today on YT.  Thanks for letting me know why.

Also, I have seen City of Stars but have yet to start it. It's on my PTW. Are you watching it?

I'm going to wait until its finished airing.

Ah, good to know.  Thanks! :-)

I just realized from reading @Hannah's comment that Saint's cameo is in the YT version *dead* I just left  as soon as I saw the credits

Ah. No. Quite a few BLs in recent years have post-credit scenes. You can miss quite a bit.

Depends. Do you prefer a happy or sad ending?

Thanks! I use World of BL to organize my watch list and I like that they link to legitimate sites for watching.

OMG LOL XD Saint's Cameo had me freaking out. I miss him acting. He was the first actor I really got invested in and became a fan of

The website has a list of all currently airing BL series sorted by country here: https://world-of-bl.com/index.php/Main/HomePage

They just don't list films, or shorts.

This is just what I needed. I have been wanting to branch out and try dramas from other countries. I have dabbled in some Japanese series, but mostly, I  tend to watch ones from Thailand. This year, I started watching more Korean ones, and I have to say I'm enjoying them more than I thought I would.

I wasn't going to mention this cuz my age would be showing, LOL, but it's just too perfect. This website gives me nostalgic vibes when it comes to web layouts.
