Yea, im from the US. It’s not so much a regional difference as much as it’s just online slang. If youre not active in online communities/chats, you might not come across it as much.

But in fact it’s credited to originate in convos of black americans (as is the case with a lot of online/popular slang). Whitney Houston’s use of it apparently led to it’s wider popularization if google can be believed.

This list is missing a lot of people. i don’t see any of the BL actors who have said they are in relationships with each other, or many of the GL actors listed above.

I overlooked the date, mentioned it in my reply to Athena that the list was last update in 2023. But if you plan to make a list of your own, feel free.

Here are the list about LGBTQ+ actors/actresses
- Openly Queer GL Actresses. Last update April 2025.
- BL/GL/QL who are LGBTQ+. This list has the GL actresses mentioned previously (only a few missing) and was updated days ago.

While GL news accounts are still reporting that the drama will be airing in September, we only have official confirmation that the teaser will be released in September.

It was mentioned in their first poster, so people are assuming the series will come out in September 2025. Maybe they'll put out the teaser first, and then the series will follow.

I had found a lesbian pink film but I skipped through it a bit and it turns out it contains str8 sex as well. Such a disappointment, but not that unexpected considering the director's a man. :/ The movie's from 1994. Name: Angel in September.

Yea, I know where it came from. Thus the "still reporting"

But unfortunately, that estimate hasn't been repeated in a while. The only official confirmation we've had lately is the teaser. It's possible that they'll air it a little while after the teaser. But it's also possible it hit a delay. So right now, I personally am only counting on the teaser. Though, if they do air in September like originally planned, i will be very pleased.
