I just speed watched this, and  it is NOT a GL / Lesbian movie. The MDL tags are completely misleading. The two female leads have a sismance, but there is no hint of romantic love or attraction between them. It's a low budget, crappy movie with excessive amounts of gratuitous nudity, including male nudity. It's just bad, and the 6.1 score it currently has seems about right.

I've proposed edits to the MDL tags to more accurately reflect what this movie is. But my advice is don't watch it.

Based on poster alone, I'd have thought it's a pink film. But it isn't?

My understanding is that "Pink Film" refers exclusively to Japanese, low-budget, erotic films. But if this film was Japanese rather than Korean, perhaps it could be described as a Pink Film. 

Hey everyone, has anyone watched "Like a Palette"? I'm on episode 6, only 2 left to finish, and I'm not finding it as bad as people are saying... Do you have any idea why people gave it such a low rating? I thought it was so cute (so far)... 🤔

I'm even afraid that when I get to the end I'll find out that the reason people gave it such a bad rating is because they didn't like the ending.

Was it because of the ending? Did they not like the actresses? Was the series poorly promoted? ... Or maybe it's just my taste.

It was a cute, and sometimes quite funny romcom. It had the usual deficiencies of a production from a small studio producing its first drama with a limited budget and with inexperienced actors, but I still found it an enjoyable watch. The most important thing is that YOU are enjoying it. There is no reason to fear the ending. Some people felt is was rushed, but if you read through the comments of most dramas here on MDL and you're bound to find someone who thought the ending was rushed. Personally, I'm looking forward to the next drama these two leads star in.
