Most office gls are an HR catastrophe waiting to happen and this one is exactly so, bathtub job interviews ftw. And the heels hoard! the red heel must be one of those, that she stole on the way in. And turning on the cpu or whatever with it is such a ridiculously hot thing to do. The wait is going to end me 😭😭

I did have to pause watching it as a whole load of new dramas i was waiting for, episodes were released so I had to go through all of them and I managed to watch 5 episodes before the pause
The second half at times I felt was watching 2 polar opposite dramas in 1. At times it was rom com at others it was drama/crime/action and to be honest, Imight not watch the other element
I'm not feeling the elements either, I'm glad people are loving it, but I'm just not. I didn't start The Air either and the one I was most interested in, The Fire, is not...well it's different from what i was hoping for ig

Each one gets better. The Earth was just okay. After that is The Water: I had some issues with the plot I didn't like but after having watched EngLot in Petrichor (which I detested) I was worried, but their chemistry in The Water saved the show for me. The Air is leagues above it. The pacing is consistent, the plot is serious, and the villain is sympathetic.
This is making me excited for The Fire, which I hope follows the trend of being better than The Air. Honestly, besides understanding how each couple gets together when they do their cameo, each series is very stand alone so you can skip any you don't like and it will still all make sense. I was going to say go by rated but I just looked and The Earth is rated the highest out of the 3. 😅
Watched the first ep of AI girl and I'm ready to brainstorm but I think we know how this is going to go down 😭Chanya, who plays Ai is doing a splendid job acting as a robot. It makes me slightly uncomfortable though, in the same way that AI shows are discomfiting. That said, it will not sit well w me if this is a typical dismantling the robot plot. The first ep does a great job of setting up all the storylines, hopefully this is as good as LBD
Whoever is in charge of Chanya's makeup did a great job in giving her skin that plastic like shine without making it overly dramatic about it.
As for brainstorming: Gen said she dreamed about this face so I'm going to assume the test lady (Irene?) and her have meet before and something happened to make Gen forget. I wonder if Irene has any amount of control over Ai and is secretly dictating some of her actions.
My favorite things so far: the sound effects for the eye blinks, the joke about not being allowed to say the name of the store because then the store can sue, Ai's dead pan but hilarious answers, and the heartbreaking reason for the program. 🥺

I've just finished "Love beyond Dreams". Considering it wasn't based on an existing novel, it had quite an interesting plot, although many aspects of that plot weren't particularly original. The plot twists worked well and I didn't see them coming. Overall production was fine as was the acting (mostly), although I found Mie Phattaranan Padpai's emotional range to be a bit limited. Also, the action scenes were a bit mediocre.
I thought the fact that Aran went back in time after being murdered should have had much more focus in the story. I would have liked to have seen Aran explain what happened to her to Lene well before the last episode. But we cant always get what we want, can we?
Overall, its an entertaining drama, but still with many of the flaws that are common in low budget Thai GLs. But definitely worth a watch if you are a GL drama fan.
Mie Phat could just stand there for ten minute every eps and i would still give this a 9🤭 those were some weak ass kicks but the part where she muscles a guy into the wall, well that was enough
I too would've liked more explanation on Aran's murder etc but I get that they had less time. Lene did the math though, this girl really waited 9 years for her on-sided crush on her emotionally stunted senior
When Aran is accessing Lene's father of being a murderer and he hits back with the very true fact that Lene also kills, and does not hesitate while doing so, Aran is genuinely like "but that's my girlfriend >< That was hilarious

Chasing Love ep 6: Once again this drama is pissing me off. The grandmother is unbearable and I'm worried that, like many of these shows, in the next two episodes she will just have to cry and say sorry and all the years of emotional torment she put her granddaughters through will all be forgiven. And let's not get started on Rin breaking up with Matmi because she didn't want to cause problems between her and the grandmother. 🙄😮💨
Haha if this is pissing you off try In love forever. I feel like a show should explore what rich kids actually do🤔 have gay flings but plan to marry somebody rich. And then we can have rich X giving up that life for love! That could make a heartfelt story but that would entail writing a script, which is something CH3 isn't comfortable doing🤷♀️
