Why are Asian dramas when it comes to female/male demographics completely reversed? Like in a female demographics drama they would espouse equal or feministic values and one life one love values, while in male demographics dramas all that is lost and there's basically no meaning to love and just hot women and the most important thing is just self-fullfillment when it comes to basically anything but love. In fact it seems male demographic dramas seems to avoid love on purpose.
Why?
I'm a "western" guy and I simply can't stand or watch these Asian dramas or anime simply because there's no focus on love or romance. Last drama I watched, the ML wedded a beautiful woman any guy couldn't marry even if he lived a thousand lives, yet just a week after he was already cheating on her with another woman, and this is perfectly normal in an Asian male demographic drama setting....
And why aren't there any feministic values or ideals in male demographic dramas? IMO they seem to need them the most.
