It depends on what you have on hand.

For the drama I already watched and listed, I definitely know the title.

If you know the Chinese title, you can copy paste it on mdl to search for the drama page or type it on google search/youtube to find the video.

If you have the drama poster (like the one in the video posted on youtube, but AI poster may not working), you could search for the video using google lens.

If you know the character's name, you could search for it on mdl. Same case for the actor name. But if you know both, search for (find on page/ctrl+f) the character name on the mdl actor page.

If you know a familiar title with the same exact plot, you could search for related title on the mdl drama page of the title you're familiar with.

If you know nothing at all, you could take a random screenshot and google lens it.

Sometimes if I'm not lazy and the comments are not that big in number, I will scroll through the comments. Many people love to post the title and the actors' name.

Agree with everything said in response to this but wanted to add that you could also search Douban or Weibo if you have the title & sometimes you just gotta look out for YouTube comments naming the drama in Chinese to be able to find it or know the leads to look it up by their names not just on MDL but on Douban as well.
