YouTube Chinese dramas

Has anyone else noticed that some Chinese dramas add extra background tunes to the already existing background music. This is also there when the episodes are released on the 'official' YouTube channels. 

This leads to a noisy episode where the dialogs can't be heard properly. This isn't there when you watch the same episode on netflix or Viki

either because of copyright or maybe also because of censoring. when I tried watching the romance of hua rong s1 it became unwatchable because of the loud childish music playing in the background. I ended up dropping it

I didn't watch that drama on youtube though..

Just was curious, as at times seems to be like 2 movies showing at same time! And always funny to me when the Chinese actors/actresses are being dubbed over using proper british accents
