I am curious whether others have found something portrayed in a drama to be weird or strange. It might make for some interesting topics.
To start things off, I have noticed in quite a few dramas (both Korean and Chinese) characters wearing their outdoor coats while eating a meal in a house. I recognise that this might be for product placement purposes, but it is still a little weird.
Another strange thing is the fact that in many Chinese dramas, the characters do not take off their shoes and put on slippers when entering a house. From my time in Hong Kong and with my in-laws, that would be unthinkable. By contrast, Korean dramas nearly always show shoes being taken off and slippers put on.
