Adding to My Lists - How To?

How do I add shows to my lists? For example, I have “Perfect Match” in one. I wish to add another “Kill Me Love Me” but I cannot find how to do this other than starting another list which defeats the purpose.

Could some you bright young people teach this old gal some new tricks please? Thanking youall in advance!
