You may want to limit your blue light exposure. I once read that blue light prevent the production of melatonin. So avoid computer, and smartphone as much as possible and put them away and turn off the light before you sleep. And do sleep regularly. Set a time to sleep, set a time to wake, and stick to that schedule.

I know a husband will provide a wife. But everyday there are people suffering from death, disaster, accident, affair, and fraud. It doesn't hurt having a skill to earn money even when someone provided you with everything. Instead, it's a perfect preparation for the unexpected.

what should i chant? it is hard to read because of depression

In yoga , sitting in a meditative posture , breathe in and out slowly, and chant the sound "Om" while concentrating on the vibration of the mantra. That simple 5-10 min practice daily  brought calm and clarity. Focusing on the sound of "Om" helped center  mind, and slowly, you'll able to reconnect with yourself .

Hey, I hear you. That sounds incredibly heavy, and it’s totally okay to feel overwhelmed when you're carrying so much — pressure from others, regrets, and your own struggles.

You’re not alone in feeling like this, even if it seems that way. The stuff you’ve been through, like panic attacks and sleepless nights, is real and exhausting. It makes everything — decisions, responsibilities, relationships — feel ten times harder.

It’s okay that you didn’t have it all figured out earlier. Many people don’t. Life isn’t a race, and being “almost 30” doesn’t mean you’ve missed the boat. You’re still here, still trying — and that’s something.

As for friends, sometimes the world feels full of people who don’t get it. But there are folks who will. You’re just in a rough chapter right now, not the whole story.

If you haven’t already, please consider talking to someone professionally. Depression can make everything feel permanent — but it’s not. Things can shift.

You matter, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Keep going, one small step at a time.
