Koreas obsession with noona is creepy

I noticed this obsession in kdrama where every second Kdrama or something has a very young boy or man dating a middle aged old woman and people think its ok but if its an older guy with a young girl people hate for no reason other than made up excuses.

I think its weird and creepy, and much prefer the man to be older because girls mature faster than boys.  I am in my late twenties and dating an 19 year old btw.
