Viki comments

Does anyone who watches dramas on Viki with the comments on know why people put a whole bunch of numbers at the beginning of the comment. eg. 123125? It doesn't seem to relate to the last few comments/commenters in terms of their ID/handle/name.

Then there are the comments that are just seemingly a random bunch of numbers &/or letters, they make no sense either. If anyone can offer insight onto those as well, thanks.
