I'm looking for a drama, maybe someone knows the title?

Hi, I'm looking for a drama where a warrior (male) was looking for the best healer (female) for his master. The master was the antagonist. The warrior and the healer fell in love. The setting was probably winter, and the healer herself was probably suffering from some cold-related illness. The healer probably dies at the end of the drama, as does the antagonist. I remember there was a scene where the healer somehow paralyzed the master, perhaps with acupuncture. At the end, I think there was also a scene where the warrior carries her, wounded, on horseback.

It sounds a bit like The Snow Is Red (1997), but I'm not confident that's the right one.
