plan is chickpea/lentil penne with garlicky sauce

blood work tomorrow (12 labs ordered!) so balancing out my recent sugar 'binge'. stressed spelled backwards is desserts oopsie. thankful for dollar general

edit: low energy jen turned this into ham, turkey and vegan cheddar slices on gluten free white then hummus with brown rice crackers now taro chips as watching snack

Got a sushi making kit for Christmas and finally used it to make dinner tonight while my sister was in town. Rolling the sushi required some practice but we made some salmon nigiri and sashimi too. Overall, we enjoyed it and would definitely try making it again!
