I am curious how purple rice is made.

Actually, purple rice is mostly white rice with a little bit of black rice. These are two ratios from My Korean Kitchen

• 1 cup short grain white rice + 1 1/2 tsp black sweet rice
• 2 cups short grain white rice + 1 Tbsp black sweet rice

You can play around with the ratio to make the colour darker or lighter depending your preference.

People in for the holidays. 

Pulled pork tacos with Monterey rice, avocado, ,tomato, chips, etc.

Today we had queso with chips and fresh veggies while watching college football.  Gym time.  Picked up hamburgers and FF for dinner  

Oh and there is cherry cheesecake and apple cake with brown sugar frosting for dessert.
