What’s for dinner?

Chinese meat buns and soup. 

A quick dinner of sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, and fresh tomatoes. Added some leftover chicken and tossed everything with angel hair pasta and parm.  Now it’s time for a little football 🏈 and GBBO ☕️ 🍪

lazy today ,  we have to move and i've been stressed for weeks  ( we secured a place but the lease is lowkey nasty) ,... so today's dinner is some lazy sloppy nachos .... not the best its just beef browned  with taco seasoning , and a jar of salsa and queso cheese  stired together in a pot n a bag or tortilla chips ... too much for just me so i guess i'll have a snack another day from it , but i don't feel like doing much

thanks! ,  i won't miss this house cause of the water issues we've had n the space being crampped but Man i Hate moving ,... i've lived Way too many places in my 35yrs , packing really is the worst part ,.. i've packed up my games shelf but everything else is left still specially my fiancee's stuff him working overtime for the past month really kills the time we had to do things. the fact that we don't get the keys till the 1st vs a few days before doesn't help cause even when we pack theres no place to put the totes and boxes ...movers will be here friday and theres just so much to do!

tonights dinner is a box of zatarains i think its black bean and rice?  with some fried up andouille smoked sausage ,   i'll probably pack up our kitchen after that and just keep my wok out to do fried kimchi right the rest of the week or something

We've had to move numerous times.  One time we had everything in boxes and a tornado literally hit across the street from where we were moving into!  Was really afraid we'd be on the street with our boxes!

ooof that sounds horrible! ..  i've just moved way too many times , .. before the last place we rented  i hadn't been in a single place more than 3 years mostly 1 yr since i'd turned 11 ..  with the ex husband we moved a few times cause he was in the army , including a 1yr for me in germany with him pre-divorce , ...  that was a pain ,thinking about it its been ...17?  dwellings in 24 years ...not fun ...  but nothing as rough as a tornado ,  i know the on the street worry however ,  i'm from the north east and every state jump aside from my marriage was caused by my mother not being able to swing it where we were resulting in eviction ..  first to NH and us needing to move in with family ,  then a yr after we'd finally moved out her leg got crushed in a machine at work cause the operator wasn't paying attention which resulted in us moving to GA since she was dating a guy online ( didn't last long )..  i told my fiancee shes a bit cursed to live with lol ,with her sharing a place with us and my grandmother ( dementia) its been lowkey miserable ,...   ahh well tho ,... friday is moving day and tomorrow is crunchtime to finish up packing and cleaning the new place ( the guy who moved out was a massive slob and its gross)  ...

todays dinner is/was  baked zitti i talked my mother into making us 3 so we could just heat something on paper plates and grab quick when need be

It feels like Autumn is never going to arrive. :/  I went ahead and made soup this evening.  Orange and White "Cream" Soup.  Carrots, orange bell pepper, sweet potato, butternut squash, onion, and cauliflower. I added spices and herbs that spoke to me and some fresh ginger.   When I pureed it I added a dollop of butter and some lemon juice.
