Tina:
Honestly have no idea. The most I can fangirl over a male celeb is like "he's so pretty" so something. But I say that about anyone I find attractive, man or woman.
But what you're describing is some other type of behavior. Like, they even have those tiny chibi plushies of BL actors or other male celebs.
And they think these grown ass men can do no wrong, etc. It's quite annoying to say the least.
(Noticed this thread in "recent discussions" list)
I just had to ask this question because often, and this morning in particular I've seeing posts online like;
'he's such a sweet little baby'
'he's so small'
'my small little _____'
'my 🤏🏻 boi'
And that's not even including 'he's a babygirl', 'he's a 'wifey' etc. and I really don't get it. I really don't. Looking at a 6 ft grown ass man and thinking 'aww he's such a widdle baby' doesn't clock for me lol. I would think calling grown men this way is intended as an insult since everyday men in society would cringe or flat out say 'don't call me that', but nah, I see this everywhere. Very weird imo. I was hoping to get some insight to the psychology behind this in peoples answers, if they do it.
I don't think 'pretty' and 'beautiful' are the same as the ones I mentioned above, those are general adjectives applied to describing attractive looks on either sex imo.
(XD yeah I'm hanging around)
