This actually contradicts some of the reasons I've been told by these people, just like the one answering in the picture example I posted. It just seems like females with male = less than female types of issues have this self-justified behaviour, which is disrespectful in nature but they won't acknowledge it, they'll just keep doing it.

Then you can make your own stance clearer instead of talking broadly about it being black and white. There are variants in everything, discuss your personal opinion.

Personally, I don't think an issue like gender power dynamics should bleed into this territory. The current online gender-war that has been going on should be a separate thing, it shouldn't taint fun enjoyable spaces like fandoms once were (a long time ago).
