Tried Cauliflower Crust pizza with veggie topping.  Not bad.  Not great, but a decent non-gluten item if you ever need one.

Brown rice Thai noodles, stir-fried broccoli and scallions, peanuts, water chestnuts, with a spicy peanut/tamarind sauce.  I don't usually work with peanuts much but this turned out good.  :)

Temperatures dropped 40F in 24 hours so----Cauliflower, carrot, potato,  lentil soup with homemade biscuits.  :)
