What’s for dinner?

Hubby wanted a quick brinner on his free day so we had scrambled eggs, grits, and sliced tomatoes.

Quickie take-out  for one:  Kung Pao Chicken on Chow Mein with a side of spicy green beans.

Homemade cheeseburgers & pasta-tomato salad for lunch, homemade lemon ice tea & the lemon-chocolate-banana-coconut cake my mother made for my birthday for dinner!! ^_^

Homemade birthday cake is the best!  Happy Bday again.  ღ♡

Black bean and fresh corn salad with asparagus, avocado, tomato and fresh herb vinaigrette. 

Quinoa salad with roasted yellow squash/yellow peppers/scallions, dried cranberries, pecans, fresh basil, and a light vinaigrette.    Like Momochan-watermelon for dessert.  Yum!

We had washoku for lunch :D

went to a local sri lankan restaurant and had hoppers. i had egg hoopers, prawn and  fish hoppers.  was delicious 

On my own tonight-pork dumplings, stir-fried carrots & rice.
