Chicken breast cooked with black bean and corn salsa, peppers, and onions and shredded. Used this for a taco/nachos bar. Served with choices of: flour tortillas, tortilla chips, grated cheese, jalapenos, scallions, red peppers, cilantro, salsa, spinach, chopped tomato, sour cream, avocado, lime.
