Italophilia:

I've become sedentary in 2 years. I'm reading more (on track for 200 books this year) and watching Asian dramas. I'm also travelling a lot more. I'm still rock climbing but need to heal from my first serious injury (torn calf muscle) in 35 years of climbing.

I also love travelling. Most people I know who've traveled a lot still enjoy travel. I'm travelling a lot in my  job. I like moving, I like exploring new places. But, it can also be tiring. Tiring to set myself up in a country, only to leave again.

I think that people read less now, because it’s easier to watch YouTube or social networks.

Very right you are! There was a time when I deleted social media just to replace the time with Youtube screen time. However, I do not have any guilt for doing this. I follow a variety of channels that interests me.

Lately, I've been sharing photos in my IG account because it's a nice task for me to show my way of thinking about the K-world. I can say I  like  posting photos as a way to express my emotional connection to my content I tell a story with my pictures.

WATCH DRAMA .....ALMOST NO HOBBY SINCE I AM DEPRESSED

 your princess:

WATCH DRAMA .....ALMOST NO HOBBY SINCE I AM DEPRESSED

I understand you - it's common to lose the motivation and enjoyment you once found in activities you previously loved. Watch drama is a good hobby. But, you can start by abandoning this belief. It's probably not what you want to hear, but the only solution to not having hobbies is to try more things. I'm sure there can be something you enjoy or are good at. In the words of Jake the dog, "Sucking at something is the first step towards being really good at something." It's good you accept the fact that you're depressed. It's OK to be depressed.
