What's the last Japanese food you had?

Went to my fave okonomi/teppan place this past weekend, Yaki Yaki Miwa. These garlic butter clams are TO DIE FOR:

Grilled salmon belly at my favorite izakaya in town, Gaku.

Kushikatsu at Fujiyama Texas izakaya restaurant on Christmas evening.

Mixed katsu platter at Ginza Bairin. Really good lunch special.

This seared pork kakuni at Izakaya Gaku was really good. Yep, it's on the regular rotation.

Went out for ramen today at Manichi. Redeemed a bunch of frequent dining points for this, their Special bowl.

Visited Izakaya Torae Torae this past weekend and had their gyutan for the first time in months.
