2018 Winter Olympics Awarded to South Korea

And cue my mom freaking out that I might plan to stay in S. Korea for the next seven years instead of one just to see the Olympics. Um, it might be a valid worry. Anywho, congratulations to SK!

Well, if y'all start saving now, y'all probably will have a hefty sum to pay off travel and hotel expenses! And should your obsession with SK fade by then (but, honestly, why would it? Psh!), you'll still have a nice chunk of change to do whatever with. It's totally win-win!

tru they already hosted the world cup (football or soccer to the americans lol) & olympics in 1988....SK seem to be popular !!

Yes.. though mine is a double trip.. I am going to Japan & Korea in Dec.. Will have to save for the Olympic one after that..

I'm going. I already told my husband. LOL Either he can go with me or he can send me, his choice. Seven years.. hmmm. I guess I better start my Korean lessons now. :)
