For Reversal Orchestra, you can find the sub on Luwuang discord, which is the person who subbed this drama. Upon joining you will have to go through some sort of screening before you can get access to the files. You can find the discord link on the following website: https://luwuang.carrd.co/ (sorry I'm not sure if I can give the discord link directly)
For Riko High! you can obtain the sub at Drama-Otaku [dot] com. It was subbed by Fatema. I know D-O don't easily open for registration, but you can register email to receive update (when it is opened).
