Both the house and the way the girl is dressed remind me of Hotaru no Hikari but I'm not 100% sure. Have you thought of sending an ask to the blog who originally posted it?

I think Rath (above) is right b/c I immediately thought the guy looks like Mukai Osamu (who is in Yellow Elephant) & it even looks like the same outfit from the movie cover!
