I don't know the name of the music, but the composer is Sumimoto Norihito (in Japanese:

住友紀人). 

Thanks.  The trailer music sounds awfully familiar to "Final Frontier" by Thomas Bergsen. I was hoping someone more familiar with trailer music would know in case WOWOW borrowed the music from somewhere else.
