I just finished it, I was looking in the record card if there was a sequel or links to other drama and saw the tag "Gay Character"

I don't understand, if anyone wants to explain it to me....

in fact, even i who have seen the drama recently do not seem to have noticed a character that is combined in this sense, not even in secondary roles.

For this was asking if others had seen something that escapes me.

It was just a curiosity, nothing important

I totally get it! I had something similar with the drama Autumn’s Concerto, but with a spoiler tag: HIV (Spoiler)
A character has HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), which contributes to the story's narrative.

It should have been a big deal in the drama. Still don’t know for which character the tag was, also it’s possible that a tag is false and shouldn’t be there. 

Update: Just checked the tags for Autumn’s Concerto again and the tag seem to have been removed.
