Older kdramas - availability of hi res downloads

Many a time lesser-known older kdramas seem to not be available in good quality resolutions. Dramacool and its many different avatars all have the exact same shitty 360p/480p vids. I am looking for 720p so its not all fuzzy when you go full screen!!!   

I am currently interested in Yellow Boots, but earlier I had the same issue with Ho Goo's Love. Any leads appreciated.  Unfortunately, Avistaz is not an option for me.

Your best chance is torrenting (and hope that someone is still seeding the drama). Try searching with the Korean title (in Hangul) on a search engine that is not Google. I usually use Duck Duck Go. And you probably know this already, but make sure that your computer/phone is well-protected.
